VOLVO E40

Design an SUV that Incorporates the leading-edge technology in electric vehicles while maintaining a performance driven design.

The design process began with Researching the customer and the brand. The Modularity of the vehicle pushed the current technology to allows the customer to tailor the vehicle to their specific needs. The rear packages the everyday battery, short distance for everyday travel. The side battery can be removed and replaced with a larger battery to aid in long distance travel.

Hunter Drake

Hunter is a sophomore in Transportation Design. He integrates his passion for future technologies and pushing the boundaries while staying technical enough to be feasible. He loves product design and integrating that passion into his automotive designs. He is a firm believer in hard work and leadership through team work.
