The Hummer M.E.R.V (Martian Extrinsic Research Vehicle) is designed to be at the forefront of human exploration on Mars in 2040. Developed from the ground up with no compromises, the articulated suspension enables the vehicle to tackle most obstacles without breaking a sweat. In addition to being virtually unstoppable, the M.E.R.V. also serves as a place that the crew can call home, by including features such as natural elements in the form of a vertical garden, rooms designated for specific activities, and a spacious but not overwhelming dwelling. The vehicle is tasked with exploring the martian surface to identify and catalog locations that could be used for future settlements, cultivation, or even just service stops between colonies.
