SMARTMATERIAL +

SmartMaterial + is a wearable technology designed for paraplegics to help prevent burning to their legs before it happens. Looking into technology that senses heat and signals radio frequency, the tech that is used are Arduino sensors that are packaged into the individual hexagonal shapes.

The wearable is meant to act as a slap bracelet and be easy to wear and take off for the user. The sensor allows physical alerts from the device, and it also allows for user interface integration to alert the user from their phone as well.
