Inspired by the legends of the past, this project responds to the problems of the future: the scarcity of resources and tremendous environmental pollution that are caused by consumption behavior.

Both of these problems can be addressed with the possibility of reusing materials by qualifying them to be used several times instead of throwing them away as waste according to the principle of the Circular Economy.

The demonstration of the Circular Economy concept is an innovative architecture program as a hybrid of current retail models and interactive social spaces into one combined facility.

The new retail model provides consumers access to sustainable building products, including repurposed and recycled goods—an opportunity to promote recycling and up-cycling and examine unique, innovative shopping synergy for commercial retail users.

Retail businesses would be able to buy, sell, and fix items on a sustainable site in an attractive, safe, communal, and comfortable environment.
