The Bank

Brooke Neal

Rooted in the Soul of Detroit, This 30,000 Square-Foot Adaptive Reuse Venue Transforms a Historic Bank into a Modern Performance Space.

Blending the grit of Detroit’s music legacy and the elegance of the 1920s bank with forward-thinking design, this three-level venue features a main Music Hall with modular staging and a flexible open floor for any event, an intimate underground speakeasy, and a third-floor Bar and Mezzanine.

Outfitted with professional-grade lighting, tuned acoustics, and a flexible floorplan for events ranging from 50 to 1,000 guests, the space is built to adapt, just like the city that inspired it. Whether hosting concerts, community events, or private functions, it’s a dynamic environment where architecture meets rhythm and the sound never fades.
